mineral hydraulic oils of superior quality high viscosity index, containing anti-wear additives. By virtue of this additive they combine a high lubricating power with exceptional filterability. The careful selection of viscosity index improver additives allows a perfect maintenance of service levels.

Particularly suitable for hydraulic systems subjected to high loads and requiring both high anti-wear performance is excellent filterability, such as:

• external systems operating in the presence of strong variations in temperature (cold start and fully operating at high temperature).

• machinery operating indoor and equipped with control systems which require minimal changes in viscosity with temperature changes, such as machine tools for precision and playback machines.

The grades 32, 46 are particularly recommended as oils „multigrade” for lubrication of construction equipment and construction site employees throughout the year and particularly in variable climatic conditions. They are perfectly compatible with the seals commonly used in hydraulic systems, such as butyl-nitrile, fluorinated, polyurethane, polyester, perfluorinated. It exceeds the requirements defined by the main manufacturers of pumps and hydraulic motors, in accordance with the following specifications:

• DIN 51524/3 HVLP, ISO 11158 HV

Follow the manufacturers’ recommendations with regard to the filtration and the oil change intervals. Before introducing HV, make sure your system is completely clean.
